These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by TrueSpark Cleaning. By booking a service or accessing our site, you agree to comply with the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Scheduling

– All bookings are subject to availability.
– Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– You may reschedule or cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

– You must ensure our team can access the property at the scheduled time.
– If access is delayed or denied and we are unable to complete the service, a call-out fee may apply.

Service Scope

– Services provided will be based on the selected service package (e.g., standard clean, deep clean, end-of-lease).
– Any additional tasks must be requested in advance or approved by the team leader.
– We do not clean items that require special handling unless agreed beforehand.

Pricing and Payments

– All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
– Payment can be made after the service via bank transfer or online at the time of booking.
– Recurring cleans may qualify for discounted pricing.
– Prices are fixed based on booking details; additional services may result in adjusted costs.

Refunds and Complaints

– If you’re not satisfied with your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
-We will arrange a free re-clean to fix any areas of concern as quickly as possible.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Our priority is to make it right through a follow-up service.
– Complaints received beyond 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean due to the natural progression of household conditions.

Liability and Insurance

– TrueSpark Cleaning holds public liability insurance.
– We take every reasonable precaution during service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
– We are not responsible for issues resulting from unsafe environments or incomplete client instructions.

Health and Safety

– Clients are expected to disclose any known hazards or special cleaning concerns before the service.
– Our cleaners have the right to refuse work in unsafe, unsanitary, or threatening environments.

Changes to These Terms

TrueSpark Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
